
In this image, you see me facilitating a rapid Lightning Decision Jam—a powerful technique I leveraged to help the team prioritize challenges, ideate opportunities, and come together to rank and prioritize future actions for the next 6 months. Before this session, I shared a comprehensive synthesis of our internal assessment results to help identify and leverage specific, high-impact insights and rally the team to a common goal.

In this image, I'm assessing student experiences at Brain Station's new Miami campus. My goal was to gather feedback and understand their overall experience. By engaging with students in their natural environment, I've identified challenges and opportunities to enhance their time on campus.

Here, you can see me leading a user journey workshop to improve an "Uber-type" service. I guided a group of 8 students through an in-depth exploration of the end-to-end user experience, identifying critical moments and friction points. This collaborative session allowed us to empathize with end users at every step and develop actionable insights to design a more efficient and delightful riding experience.
